I received my Master's degree in Library Science in May 2004 from the University at Buffalo, and live in Williamsville, New York, with my husband. Since May 2008 I've been working at the Western New York Library Resources Council, managing Ask Us 24/7, New York State's cooperative virtual reference service. In this position I am a librarian, project manager, teacher, webmaster, and PR rep. I also do writing and web design as a hobby. I am willing to take on research assignments, freelance web design jobs, or speaking engagements related to online reference/research/communication.
